Activated sludge is the most popular water treatment technology in the processing method, but it has been there a lot of drawbacks that will generate a lot of excess sludge. In a variety of sludge reduction technologies, OSA technology stable operation, low cost, good settling characteristics, may be the most promising technology. Hydrolysis denitrification system not only has the advantages related to OSA, but also has a better capability of ammonia nitrate removal. This paper examines the ability to hydrolyze denitrification system is actually running the site, and on this basis to further study the mechanism of hydrolysis reaction nitrification sludge reduction.In the hydrolysis of denitrification system operation capabilities inspection, first conducted a pilot water treatment routine testing and comparison with the case of a sewage treatment plant. Prove hydrolysis denitrification sludge reduction process can be long and stable operation of the system, and can get better treatment results, water quality close to the national level A standards. Comparison found that the hydrolysis and denitrification systems compared to34.1%of water to achieve the effect of sludge reduction in sludge parameters.In the further study of the denitrification sludge reduction system in the mechanism of hydrolysis, the hydrolysis of each unit denitrification system elemental analysis, constructed hydrolysis denitrification system carbon balance model, the establishment of a carbon mass balance equation QinXin=QsoutXsout+QwoutXwout+F3.vX3+Mloss. Hydrolysis denitrification systems mainly carbon cycle out of the way through the gas escape. After the results of high-throughput sequencing analysis found that the hydrolysis of the denitrification system, the diversity in the pool of sludge hydrolysis and complexity of microbial populations than AAO anaerobic sludge water, and the colonies present on both the structure the obvious difference; hydrolyzed sludge denitrification system there are a lot of sludge production and sludge fermentation bacteria flora larger; fermenting bacteria, fungi and other gas interactions heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria makes the hydrolysis system able to break down a lot of excess sludge digestion, sludge reduction to achieve results; also found that the hydrolysis of denitrification systems methanogenic bacteria is higher than the number of large-scale production systems. A large number of bacteria found in the hydrolysis tank gas tank is probably the hydrolysis of carbon escaping the main reason, is one of the important reasons for sludge reduction mechanism.
