Sulfur-containing substance in the process of coal utilization will be converted to gas is given priority to with sulfur dioxide pollution. So the desulfurization of coal have a great significance in making full use of coal and protecting the environment.In this paper, taking the coal of Wuhai as the research object, this dissertation systematically analyses the occurrence state of sulfur components of coal samples and the relative content of different forms of sulfur, determines the occurrence regularity of organic sulfur; This paper adopts the method of microwave in combination with chemical additives in Inner Mongolia Wuhai coal desulfurization study, respectively investigates the with sodium hydroxide solution as extraction agent and mixed solution by ice acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant when the desulfurization effect. Through to the coal sample grain size, microwave irradiation power, microwave irradiation time and so on the factor of the microwave desulfurization reaction conditions for the best. And organic solvent extraction was investigated and the role of ultrasonic pretreatment by microwave desulfurization experiment. By means of XPS analysis of sulfur in coal material form, at the same time also on desulfurization of coal samples before and after comparing the XPS spectra, explore the desulfurization mechanism, the main contributions and findings are listed as the following:1ã€Experimental coal sample form sulfur analysis of sulfur components:The main existing form of sulfur in Wuhai coal is organic sulfur, the second is pyrtitic sulfur and the minimum is sulfate sulfur. And the content of organic sulfur is greater more than the sum of pyrtitic sulfur and sulfate sulfur, so the Wuhai coal is a kind of content high organic sulfur sample.2ã€When NaOH solution is used as extractant with the size of coal samples is-200meshã€the reaction time of6minutes with microwave irradiation power is560W get the best results. Inorganic sulfur in the coal sample can be total removal, and organic sulfur can be partly removal, including for sulfur removal from thiophene evident, mercaptan, sulfur sulfur ethers can part removal.3-. When mixed HVc and H2O2are used as oxidant with the size of coal samples is 120-200mesh,the recation time of15minutes with microwave irradiation power is700W,The volume of HVc and H2O2mixture to1:1get the best results. Inorganic sulfur in the coal sample can be total removal, and organic sulfur can be partly removal, including the sulfur mercaptan sulfur ethers and sulfur removal is more obvious, thiophene (Asia) sulfone, sulfur sulfones part can also be removal.4ã€With ultrasonic treatment in advance or organic solvent extraction to NaOH solution as extraction agent and mixed system of HVc and H2O2as oxidant treated coal sample, the desulfurization effect is improved, but the effect is not obvious.5ã€Compared with the XPS spectras which coal sample of before and after desulfurization,Whether ues microwave irradiation combined with NaOH solution or oxidant all can remove the inorganic sulfur in very well,overall of mercaptan, thioether and thiophene sulfur removal effect are the best and (the) sulfone, sulfones removal of sulfur is the worse. |
