With the continuous development of the national economy, rock blasting technology has been widely used in various water conservancy and hydropower, mining, transportation and other fields, and has produced great economic benefits and social benefits; at the same time, along with the deepening of theoretical research of blasting for rock blasting mechanism, our research has made gratifying progress, but we know the mechanism of rock blasting is a complicated problem, the current theory is not very mature, especially with the coal mining condition is more and more complex, and thick coal seam roof rock increased, a serious threat to coal mining safety, through the application of deep hole blasting in coal seam roof in sandstone, has certain guiding significance for engineering practice.This paper in Huainan mining area coal seam roof sandstone as the engineering background, theory analysis as a means, this paper on the roof sandstone as the research object, according to the existing theory of rock blasting. Analysis rock blasting fragmentation of three principles of hypothesis and deep hole internal blasting mechanism, in columns loaded drugs under explosion load based on cylindrical blasting rock crushing circle and fissured circle radius are calculated, and points out that the stress should be taken into consideration in the deep hole blasting effect. The current commonly used calculation of hole decouple charge drug pressure of bore wall formula list; in damage mechanics research method based on, on the existing blasting damage criteria of summary and analysis; in theory, the deep hole blasting technology is applied in the sandstone roof of the coal mine for the research and application of field, deep hole blasting technology is mainly ahead of the working face of deep hole blasting forced caving technology, through two Huainan mining field engineering application examples, deep hole blasting technology is verified the feasibility and rationality. The results show that the deep hole blasting technology in Huainan mine area has better effect.In this paper, the deep hole blasting technology can be used in the design of blasting parameters, at the same time, the technology can provide reference for similar projects.
