Study On Synthesis And Properties Of Barium Strontium Titanate Ceramics And Co-dope With (Nb2O5、Sm2O3/ZnO)

This paper adopts the traditional solid phase reaction method, prepared Ba1-xSrxTiO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4) series ceramic samples and Sm2O3/Nb2O5、 ZnO composite doping Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3ceramicmaterials. Using X-ray diffraction analysis and dielectric spectrum method to make the representation andanalysis research for the physical phase structure and dielectric proproperties of ceramic samples. Theexperimental results show that:1.(1) Sr2+entered into lattice of BaTiO3and formed continuous solid solution of the perovskitecrystallology with Ba2+, and with the increased content of Sr2+, interplanar distance decreased;(2) The place is at T=300K, f=1Hz, with the increased of the content of Sr2+, and tan of BaTiO3are getting higher. But for the two sets of samples of x=0.3,0.4, its dielectric constant and loss slightlychanged, because Sr2+entered into the crystal lattice and increased the internal stress of crystal, when x=0.3,the crystal structure of the samples belongs to the cubic crystal system, the internal stress is the largest, andis at the same time also the biggst. But when analysised Ba1-xSrxTiO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4) dielectricof the T=300K, f=1~106Hz, founding with the increased content of Sr2+, dielectric constant and dielectricloss are bigger. The components are same, the frequency is very small influence to the dielectric constant,but it is important to dielectric loss.(3) The dielectric constant of real part of Ba1-xSrxTiO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4) is in the1~106Hz,with the increasing of temperature, the dielectric constant of the series ceramic samples are increasedgradually, but its also gradually decreased as frequency increasing; Sr2+have obvious effect of peakpressure, and with the increasing of the content of Sr2+, the dispersion effect of phase change increased.2.(1) Zn2+and Sm3+entered into lattice of Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3and formed continuous solid solution of the ABO3perovskite crystallology; and with the increasing of Sm3+, interplanar distance increased, intensity of peakis significantly weakened; The add of Sm3+changed crystal structure of Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3.(2)When ZnO, Sm2O3composite doping Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3, dielectric constant obviously decreased. Theplace is at T=300K, f=1Hz, as content of Sm3+was lower than0.05mol, and tan are reduced, andwhile its was higher than0.05mol, and tan are increased. Show that as add quantity of Sm3+is0.05mol, the sample is a transition components; Within the scope of T=300K, f=1~104Hz, with the changeof frequency of sample, of the components is very small. Accounting for the f is less effect to samecomponents.3.(1) Nb5+,Zn2+entered into lattice of Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3, and formed continuous solid solution of theperovskite crystallology. With the increase of the content of Nb5+, interplanar distance increased, and it alsomade the crystal structure of Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3.changed, that is to say phase changed from cubic to tetragonalphase, and it is also changed from tetragonal phase to orthorhombic phase.(2)ZnO, Nb2O5composite doping Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3, dielectric constant obviously decreased. The place is at T=300K, f=1Hz, as content of Nb5+was lower than0.05mol, and tan are reduced, while its washigher than0.05mol, and tan are increased. Show that as add quantity of Sm3+is0.05mol, thesample is a transition components; Within the scope of T=300K, f=1~104Hz, for the same components, f isless effect to, but it is more effect to tan.In general, ZnO、Sm2O3/Nb2O5entered into Ba0.2Sr0.8TiO3lattice and formed continuous solid solutionof the ABO3perovskite crystallology; with the increase of the content of Sm3+and Nb5+, the diffractionpeak are to lower the diffraction angle migration and faces spacing increase.In the same temperature andfrequency, Sm3+and Nb5+content is0.05for the dielectric properties of a transition components.Frequency is less effect to,but it is more effect to tan.At roomtemperature, and tan is appearminimum while Sm3+/Nb5+at in content is0.05place.
