| Synthetic leather industry is a pillar industry in Lishui economic development zone, when it introduced from Wenzhou city has got rapid development since2003. At the same time, the ensuing pollution which affect the surrounding masses should not be neglected. Therefore, how to reduce the pollution from the synthetic leather industry, protect the environmental rights of the residents and keep a healthy developed model has become an important work by local government.Based on the investigation about the DMF recycling treatment of the synthetic leather factory, two PU production line can recycle DMF1314kg at full load, but DMF removal rate was less than98%. Therefore, through the comparison of the typical treatment of DMF waste gas, a new technology was designed which can recycle DMF553tons. Through surveying the treatment of methylamine exhaust gas which produced from Synthetic leather industry of Lishui economic development zone, it shows that all the factory used combustion method to treat the methylamine exhaust gas, but combustion method has many malpractices, such as high cost and causing secondary air pollution and so on. Based on the features of dimethylamine wastewater, using the method of air—stripping and sulfuric acid absorption that dimethylamine removal rate can reach over95%, absorption rate can reach100%,2573tons of dimethylamine exaust can be recycled. |
