| With the exploitation of offshore oil-gas resources gradually developed to the deep ocean, marine flexible pipe is widely used as the essential tool for transportation. Marine flexible pipe is called the lifeblood of offshore oil-gas transportation not only because it can be used as the subsea static pipeline, but also as the dynamic flexible riser. Marine flexible pipe is typically a multilayer and non-adhesive structure with helical wound metals.It’s built up of several layers such as inner sheath layer, outer sheath layer,carcass layer, pressure armor and tension armor. Such complex structures bring a huge challenge for the design analysis and manufacturing research.In order to achieve the complete localization of flexible pipe, the design methods and processing equipments have been researched.This research is sponsored by Hi-Tech Research and Development Program of China (863Program,2012AA09A212)Firstly,the article summarizes and refines the design Analysis and research of flexible pipe,and introduces the research status of tensile, bending, internal pressure and external pressure performance.Then the processing equipment and machining principle are studied, we find the core components and key technical problems, that’s the roll-forming process of carcass layer. We independently designed the roll unit and the locking unit,and simulated the whole roll-forming process through MARC software.Finally we got the machining residual stress. The residual stress were imported into ANSYS finite model to analyze. The analysis results can modify the the compressive capacity design and fatigue life design of flexible pipe. The research contents of this paper are helpful to achieve the complete localization of flexible pipe.The research also can accelerate the footstep of oil-gas exploitation in the South China Sea,and provide technical support for the research of mining equipments. |
