Gas-water mixing technology exists in numerous chemical unit operations. This paper researched a new kind of gas-water mixing technology applied in the food industry.In the production of carbonated soft drinks, because carbon dioxide has special chemical properties, it would mix with water only in the temperature4℃or so, so in the process of carbon dioxide which is mixed with water cooling has become a key working procedure, and in the process of refrigeration it not only consume a large amount of electricity but also produce large amounts of freon or harmful gases such as ammonia, causing environmental pollution. In2011, the patent,201120239254.0"a soda production device which can realize that CO2mixed with water power ", which is invented by Dalian cheng da low carbon technology development Ltd,under the condition of no refrigeration at room temperature, can realize that CO2mixed with water. Through the carbonated beverage production equipment upgrading of Dalian fenfang cold drink food Ltd, and the patent application, it has better application effect. Specific process parameters for the material liquid and flow parameters of CO2into the centrifugal accelerator were2.5m3/h and3m3/h, mixing tank pressure was0.38MPa, filling pressure was0.36MPa, ratio of syrup and water was1:4, the syrup brix is55°Bx. Under the condition of the process, the carbonated beverage CO2gas capacity reached three times, the taste and sweetness were more appropriate. Due to eliminating the water refrigeration, it saved electricity. If yearly carbonated drinks production was thirty thousand tons, the saved electricity cost is seven hundred and eighty thousand yuan. The effect of energy conservation and emission reduction was prominent.This paper through the application of the patent, designed a potent mixing technology of oxygen and water, the technology can provide valuable reference for production of oxygen-enriched water,the rapidly increasing oxygen of the aquaculture, wastewater, etc. The designed parameters of the process for O2and pure water flow into the centrifugal acceleration ratio was1.5:1, made the oxygen dissolved in the solution to28mg/L.Nitrogen is the richest (78%) gas of nature,non-toxic, tasteless. Through physical means it can get rich pure nitrogen with low energy consumption. With N2and CO2as beer foaming agent may be a development trend of future beer. This paper designed the production process of nitrogen beer, the specific implementation remains to be cooperating with enterprises.
