Ion type rare earth is one of strategic mineral resources, the efficient development andutilization of which have been attention on country. Currently, Ion type rare earth resourcesare adopted in-situ leaching process,although it needn’t move mountains, or destroy thevegetation,but the rare earth recovery depends on deposit slab structure.,Percolation leachingsolution may cause groundwater pollution and surrounding environment destruction, Even itcan’t be reclaimed. Ion type rare earth resources will be wasteful and recoveries unstable.Based on this demand the new efficient green ion type rare earth technology and device ofunderground mining and devices leaching were been developed. The study of which istherefore of practical significance.On the basis of the full analysis of in-situ leaching mining technology advantages, it isinspired which is the elicitation of ant’s feeding and takes into account mineral miningtechnology and the heap leaching process characteristics. A new tunneling leachingintegration technology will be put forward. The study on production of dig mine minced–Mineral soil transport-quick enhanced leaching-Extrusion leaching residue and Filling digpits was conducted.Based on the leaching of ion type rare earth excavating the integration of newtechnological process and requirements, in the view of the modern system designing, thefunction and sub-function analysis of the device will carry out. Then using bionics principle tobuild over scheme on the underground tunneling leaching of ion type rare earth oreintegration system and the method of modular design on it with structural design innovation,the ion type rare earth green efficient extraction process of innovation and new device weredeveloped.According to the process and control requirements, the automatic control system ofwhich is the underground tunneling leaching for ion type rare earth ore integration device isdesigned. FX2N-80MT-001type of Mitsubishi PLC controller stays on the system. Theproduct is conducted on a hardware and software system design and state signal detection,process operation control and water and power supply, discharge of chick leaching liquid andanti-jamming, anti-blocking, redundant backup power running security measures. When webuild the integrated device, a complete logistics, information,energy integrated controlsystem are established.In this paper, in order to ionic rare earth environmentally effective using, a tunneling underground leaching integration of new technology and innovative design of thecorresponding tunneling underground leaching integrated devices are proposed. The leachingof ionic type rare-earth fluid seepage of groundwater and the surrounding environmentpollution problem can be solved by it. And it becomes green and efficient leaching of ionictype rare-earth ore and recovery.
