With the development of computer technology, the problem of plastic forming can beanalogised and forecast,as far as plastic hot forming is concerned, this computation Analogtechnology have been made good use of,and macro metal plastic flow has been analogisedaccurately,with the intensive study of technology. the law of microstructure evolution tend tobe studied.according to the required structure property, the scheme of forming can beoptimized and the Actual production can be conducted to achieve the goal of highefficiency,energy saving and good quality,which makes sense to development of plasticforming.This paper performs secondary development of software DEFORM and analogise themicro constructure evolution process of40Cr#steel rolling gear. Deform provide Functionof subprogram.In Fortran,I program the static,dynamic,meta-dynamic recrystallization. Andgrain growth constitutive model,and input these constitutive models into the DEFORM,so wecan analogise and forecast microstructure evolution,according to orthogonal experimentaldesign,I design Multiple sets of simulation experiment.and analogise the rolling process ofdifferent parameter.and study the effect which different parameter has on the Grain size andmetal flow streamline,and Conclude that the grain size has something to do with deformationdegree,deformation rate and deformation temperature and so on,and I do some groups of theexperiment, by contrast,I conclude that analog result agrees with experimental result,finiteelement analysis is rational.This paper studies the advantage of rolling gear from microstructure. and providestheory and experiment for rolling forming.During hot metal forming,the microstructureevolution is a key factor to the mechanical properties. with the development of computer,microstructure evolution forecast is increasingly valued, which will Provide the strongpower for manufacture。...
