The disadvantagesare poor mechanical properties, easy to corrosion, poorheat resistance. For low conventional extrusion casting process design workload efficiencycharacteristics, this study developed a set of light alloy extrusion casting process CAD system.The CAD systems include gating system software parameters on the casting in squeezecasting process.The traditional process design experience both in design engineering and technicalpersonnel as the main basis for the runner did not fully consider the impact of turbulent flowin the quality of the casting, the former Soviet Union-Karl basis of summing up the500goldon the results of several experiments to study the cast within each cell type affected by thedegree of turbulence on the casting process parameters of the system performance andultimately affect the quality of the casting, casting gating system summarizes the design of asuitable light alloy extrusion method. This system canimprove the design efficiency and accuracy of light alloy squeeze casting process obviously: shorten the cycle of design calculations, ensure the quality of products, and increase theproduct rate. |
