The gob area is a kind of geological disasters formed artificial exploitationof coal resources.Under its own gravity, these gob area are subject to differentdegrees of collapse that hydraulic conductivity,water and gas accumulation areserious. These gob area are not only predisposing factors directly about manymine geological disasters, but also impact on the mine production safety workthat bring to people’s life and property safety hidden trouble; Collapse column isa special geologic abnormal body in certain hydrological conditions thatoverburden subsidence generated when the soluble rock dissolution formedcavity. The formation progress of gob area and collapse column are very similar.they are a kind of collapse of cavity caused the overburden subsidence that areprone to result in a phenomenon of both geological anomalies’s misjudge、miscarriage of justice and so on in the seismic time section, how correctly identify the gob area and collapse column has become an important researchtopic in the seismic interpretation.This article first systematically describe the formation mechanism of gobareas and collapse column,the internal components and the surrounding rock’soccurrence in order to provide a reliable theoretical basis in the analysis of thisstudy work. Establish different internal structure of seismic geological modelaccording to the actual occurrence of gob area and collapse column and carryout the forward modeling for these seismic geological model。To begin with,analyze single-shot records, and then manage the resulting single-shotrecord,such as sorting CMP gather, NMO, stacking and migration progress, thefocus is to analyzed and compared the seismic wave field characteristics in thegenerating time section. The results showed that the cavernous gob area willshield the lower coal seam, on the bottom of the collapse of gob area willgenerate superimposed wave of delay diffraction waves and delay reflectionwave, on the top of gob area will be nearly parallel to the seam’s short reflectedwave; collapse column does not produce shielding effect for lower coal, and thebottom appears only delay diffraction waves, Some of the collapse column fromthe tops to the bottom of the column or only at the bottom of collapse columnwill appear the mixed and disorderly reflection wave.According to the responsecharacteristics of the resulting wave field accurately identify the gob area andcollapse column on seismic time section in order to reduce the occurrence ofmine’s accidents and waste of resources.
