Coal water slurry is a new type of clean coal technology, it is a liquid fuelmade of coal, water and additive. The advantages of coal water slurry are highefficiency and less pollution, it can be like oil efficient and safe storage,transportation, pumping atomization and combustion. Coal water slurrytechnology effectively solves Chinese energy structure problem of abundant coalresources and poor oil resources, it makes full use of the advantage of abundantcoal resources in China. Low rank coal resource is abundant in our country. Thecoal water slurry prepared by low rank coal increases the raw material variety ofcoal water slurry and improves the utilization efficiency of low rank coal. Coalwater slurry technology has become an environmental protection and highefficiency of coal utilization technology.The characteristics of experimental coal include proximate analysis,elemental analysis, content of oxygen functional group, pore structure, andmoisture holding capacity are tested, and the relationships of them are studied inthis paper. The maximum slurry concentration, apparent viscosity, stability ofslurry, liquidity of slurry and rheological behavior are tested in the slurry abilityexperiment. By experimental result of different particle size distribution, anoptimal particle size distribution of slurry is found. By experimental result ofdifferent coal, the factors of maximum slurry concentration such as internalwater content, oxygen of coal, coal rank, ash content are studied. The feasibilitythat low rank coal and char as raw material of coal water slurry is studied in thispaper. The rheological behavior of slurry and the main factors of rheological behavior are studied.The prediction models of maximum slurry concentration using linearregression analysis and BP neural network are established in this paper. Bycomparing the errors of the prediction models with different factors, an optimalprediction model is established. |
