| Land and coals are the important natural resources of the survival and development ofhuman, and coal mining makes a great contribution to Chinese economic and socialdevelopment, but leads much coal mining subsidence at the same time. The subsidence ofcoal mining damaged the land resources, influenced people’s normal level of production andlife seriously, did great harm to the industrial and agricultural production, ecologicalenvironment and social stability, restricted the sustainable development of the economy ofregion. Therefore, it is imperative to reclaim the subsidence of coal mining, which hasimportant practical and long-term significance for preventing secondary geological disasterscaused by the subsidence of coal, reducing the destruction of the environment and resourcesby the coal mining, protecting the natural ecological environment in mining area, alleviatingthe contradictory of person and land of mining area and the surrounding, improving theliving environment, and realizing the harmonious development of economic, social andenvironmental.Jining is a typical coal resources city, coal accumulation proved reserves accounts formore than half of Shandong province. It’s an important coal base of China. At present, largeamount of ground subsidence appeared as a result of excessive coal mining, it hasrepresentative for its large area, wide scope and deep degree. Therefore, article conductedsome study about the typical subsidence of Jining as follows:First of all, using the method of combining remote sense to obtain image informationand geographic information system to spatial analysis, under the support of the mine map,administrative map, the mining subsidence status map of Jining in2009, the image mapsin2013and other relevant data, adapting the way of man-machine interactive interpreting toextract information of mining subsidence of Jining in2013to determine the number anddistribution and selecting some targets by their characters. By meta-analysis, as of2013, themining subsidence total area is19972.31hectares, of which perennial water area is5671.73hectares, accounting for28.4%of the total area of land subsidence; Mining subsidenceconcentrated in three areas: coal mining subsidence area in eastern Rencheng, the "GoldenTriangle" in the junction of Yanzhou, Qufu and Zoucheng,the collapse of Eastern area ofWeishan Lake, the rest subsidence are scattered distributed in other counties (cities,districts), then selected seven typical areas in the three regions. Secondly, using the method of AHP, building a factor index system consisting of theeffective thickness of soil, surface soil texture, ease of transformation, ground slope, annualrainfall, drainage conditions, and per capita GDP of the township and other indicators whichthen classed, quantified and standardized to determine the weight of each index, calculatingthe potential of remediation for each evaluated using the index method, drawing theappropriate potential level. In the selected7typical areas, there are two typical areas ingrade two which are located in Dongtan Coal Mine in Zhongxindian town and Liyan CoalMine in Taiping town in Zoucheng; three typical areas in grade three which are located inXinglongzhuang Coal Mine in Xinglongzhuang town in Yanzhou, the Cuizhuang Coal Minein Huancheng town in Weishan and Nantun Coal Mine in Beisu town in Zoucheng; twotypical areas are in grade four which are located in Jining Ⅲ Coal Mine in Shiqiao town inRencheng and Baodian Coal Mine in Xinglongzhuang town in Yanzhou..Furthermore, the potential capability of remediation, environment and geographicalconditions of each coal mining subsidence are different, therefore, the direction and mode ofremediation will be different. Article summarizes the pattern of remediation of miningsubsidence; follow certain principles, according to the potential capability of remediation ofthe evaluation target, combined with the relevant planning policies, preliminary design forthe ten typical coal subsidence areas about the direction, engineering measures andtechnical methods. Then merge into three models as agricultural cropping mode, forestryplanting mode and ecological management mode according to different land use directionafter remediation.Finally, the remediation of coal mining subsidence involves many aspects of societyand economic and the land management business, lots of issues appeared in the progress ofremediation, such as the policy is not supporting, funds are not available. Based on theproblems which had appeared in the previous remediation process, article proposed somesafeguards such as strengthening the management of planning, being strict about lawenforcement, improving the regulatory mechanism and increasing technology research andso on. |
