| Based on the hydrogenation of polyazadiphenol complex as the Central target,two ligands and two complexes:Ligand 1(H2L1·2H2O·4HBr),Ligand 2(H2L2·H2O·4HBr),complex 1(Cu2(H2L1)·2C2H6NCOH·2H2O·2ClO4),complex 2(Cu2(H2L1)·2C2H5OH·2ClO4),and characterized by infrared,elemental analysis,electrospray mass spectrometryand X-Ray crystallography,The electrochemical nature of the complex was studied with cyclic voltammetry experimental.The main work of this dessertation was as follows:1.In this work,two macrocyclic ligands and a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex 1 were synthesized and characterized by physical methods in detail. Complex 1[Cu2L1(C2H5OH)2](ClO4-)2 and complex 2[Cu2L1(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2C2H6NCOH) are symmetrical shape of dinuclear copper.In complex 1,the macrocyclic ligand serves as the N2O2 donor to each copper ion,in which each copper ion binds two oxygen atoms from phenol,two nitrogen atoms from propyldiamine and one oxygen atom from ethanol molecule with square pyramidal geometry.The top atom of the square pyramidal geometry is from water molecule in complex 2.2.The SOD-like activity of the complex 1 was studied by illumination of NBT,the relative activity of the complex 1 was 4.29 compared with the nature superoxide dismutase enzyme.3.The interaction with plasmid DNA showed that the complex can catalyze the DNA cleavage into into nicked DNA.The complex 1 was also tested for ability to hydrolytically cleave phosphate esters at near physiological conditions,using themodel phosphoester,(p-nitrophenyl)phosphate (NPP).The observed rate constant 0.05296 mol·L-1·S-1... |
