In recent twenty years, with the fact that our country reforms the ceaseless propulsion and the transformation of our economic system, the theoretical study and practice of our corporate culture has been carrying out the exactly ceaseless sharpening. And from which, people have realized the value of building corporate culture, more and more enterprises has began to cultivate corporate culture consciously. It is helpful for optimizing business administration structure, then realize the modernization of corporate culture management. Furthermore, Cultivating corporate culture is the optimum choice for strengthening the core competition of an enterprise, has significance for establishing the excellent brand to mold excellent enterprise image.As a subsystem of the great social culture, corporate culture exists in every enterprise. Excellent corporate culture accelerates tremendous development of a company; otherwise, it will weaken the organizational functions. In addition to the late start of the culture management in Chinese enterprise, the foundation of our economy and technology is weak, so our country is still at the primary stage neither on theoretic research nor on managing practice. The article based on the master of the factors and processes of corporate culture construction, confirm in the gotten achievement, and at the same time, comparative analysis that what problems are existing in our enterprise. For instance, in most corporate, the common culture character has a surplus but individuality is insufficient, the continuous being innovation is insufficient, the group is short of mental consciousness of studying,speed and simultaneous. Furthermore, corporate culture becomes mere formality in actual operation, intangible culture and tangible system produce a collision, cultural advancement and business operations are short of rapid and intense connection. In some degree, these problems will turn into obstacles in the building of corporate culture, and will also restrict the function of corporate culture greatly.Based on the analysis of the condition and feature of the situation in Chinese enterprise, this thesis does a theoretical and practical exploration in the validity of Chinese corporate culture building, and proposed several ways to enhance the validity of corporate culture building, longing for some inspiration and help, for the international competition of Chinese enterprise.
