With the population increasing and the development of urbanization, industry and agriculture of Kunming basin area, the geothermal groundwater demand of Kunming geothermal groundwater field increases sharply. And a series of environmental geologic problems such as regional geothermic groundwater table falling, water quality worsening, land subsidence and so on, have emerged during the course of geothermic groundwater exploiting due to uncontrolled extraction and poor management. So it can be said that the geothermic groundwater resource evaluation be the key of scientific management and rational utilizing groundwater.1,Sporored by the Natural Sciences Fund Project of Yunnan Province, that is"The dynamics simulation of the geothermal underground water system for Kunming basin geothermal field", this article selects theâ…ˇsection of Kunming geothermal field as the research area (an area of 40.3 square kilometers), through analysising systemicly the hydrogeological conditions of the research area, it is considered that the geothermal underground water aquifer is a confined aquifer,and the three fractures of the north,west and south of the research area are impermeable boundary, southern boundary is flow boundary, and the flow of the reasearch is the anisotropic three-dimensional unsteady flow. And based on the aquifer permeability coefficient studying, the research area is divided into 3 parameter districts.2,On the above results, the hydrogeological conceptual model and the three-dimensional mathematical model of unsteady flow of the research area is established. GMS is the most popular standard visualization software package which approved by the hydraulic scientists and technicians on simulating the geothermic groundwater flow.3,GMS is used to simulate and calibrate the groundwater level and quantity of the research area this time. At last, the changing of the hydraulic tabla and the produced quantity in the future were predicted according to the tested parameter and the modified model. Repeatedly adjust model parameters to make the analog value of the water level have a good match with the measured values, the error generally less than 0.7m, only the individual observation wells is more than 0.7m.4,Finally,use this model to predict the underground water level change of Allowed 2010 to 2020, and predict the Allowed exploitation of the research area of 2010 to 2020.5,It is showed that this model reveal the characteristics of the grothermal groundwater system, reflect the pattern changing and geothermic groundwater transporting law. Thus, it can provide some scientific supports to the table predicting and the resources evaluating of the geothermal groundwater system in Kunming geothermal groundwater field. Also, it can give some scientific sugestion and supports to the similar area.
