Based on the investigation and analysis of mechanical bottom pressure differential mechanism to improve the penetration rate, on the basis of the calculation and analysis of the characteristics of different permeability formation during drilling in the bottom bottom pressure difference for the diffusion characteristics, broken the traditional results show that the bottom pressure difference cannot reflect the influence of the drilling speed on the bottom, there must be low frequency pulse wave of steady state of low-pressure than more conducive to improving the penetration rate. Matlab simulation of Simulink function, the numerical simulation method to design the vibration valve type low pressure pulse jet modulator vibration characteristics were studied, and the pressure drop through the drill fluid flow Q P, as the hydraulic parameters and structure modulator parameters of single factor analysis and systematic understanding of these parameters change with the holders of the modulator, the vibration frequency with bits of pressure drop, increase linearly increases P with the increase of drilling fluid flow Q decreases etc, to fully understand the important conclusions for vibration valve type low pressure pulse jet modulator performance provides an effective means. The theory analysis and simulation, based on the transient flow and fluid mechanics theory suction pulsation jet generator is developed, the characteristics of generator is adopted, the structure is simple, reliable, spring and can realize the jet pressure pulsation performance, easy machining and low cost. Suction pulsation jet generator will underbalanced drilling technology and pulse jet, the organic combination of organic pump condition, reduce the effect of fluid column bottom pressure, maximum improve deep drilling speed drillling, hydraulic power, provides an effective method, is worth further promotion application.
