With the development of Global Navigation Satellite System, the navigation based on the combination of more than one satellite navigation system will be the tendency in the future. At present, study and research GLONASS and GPS, the independent satellite navigation system, this will do good to the combination of our country's compass with other navigation system. User can choose the combination of different navigation system based on their actual demand, and so can avoid using only one system.with more than one satellite system and more and more healthy satellites located in the constellation, the user can get more reliably and more accurately position.The major study of this paper is the algorithms of the combination of GPS and GLONASS and how to realize them with Least Squares, specific research as follows:1. The construction of GPS and GLONASS satellite system, the signal of the satellite, and the navigation message structure of GPS and GLONASS.2. Analyze the error sources of the navigation and how to eliminate all errors.3. Time system and Coordinate system used in combination.4. Algorithm of how to calculate the satellite's position of GPS and GLONASS, and how to get the user's position with least square and other algorithm to get high precision position. Realize the algorithm of the combination of GPS and GLONASS, and analyze the result.
