With the development of science and technology, two-phase flow system becomes more and more important in the national economy and human life. Especially in the study of two-phase flow jet, it has been paid attention by more and more people. In the research process of two-phase flow jet, people have achieved some results on the liquid-solid two-phase jet and the gas-solid two-phase flow jet in the research, and the two jet process has been applied to the actual production process.In the study process of high-pressure abrasive water jet, Computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate the high pressure water jet about abrasive. The trajectory of solid particles is simulated by using Lagrangian stochastic model, and it is used to simulate the continuous phase by applying the turbulent model of standard k -ε, the velocity and pressure distribution about continuous phase are obtained. The results show that particle diameter is the main factors about the jet, changing system pressure and jet taget distance, and it can make a meaningful way for the research of the high pressure water jet about abrasive.In the study process of the gas-solid two-phase flow jet, Computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow jet. When inlet pressure is 2MPa, the inlet temperature is 300K, it is simulated by using Eulerian two phase flow model and k -εturbulence model. By changing inlet temperature, it calculates the temperature of 500K,600K,700K,800K,900K,1000K six cases, and it analyzes the impact about inlet temperature to the flow field. It is also simulated on the paticle diameter of 0.01mm,0.03mm and 0.3mm of the velocity field, and it analyzes the impact of speed about gas velocity to the particle velocity. It is simulated on the same cylinder diameter under different spray distance, different column diameter from the same jet and the rotating cylinder. The results show that numerical simulation is realistic, and it can make a meaningful way for the research of the gas-solid two-phase flow jet.
