In this dissertation the status of tl1e digital topograPhic mapupdating and the digital topograPhic maP quality control isanalysed systematically and the fundamentals and methods ofdigita1 topograPhic maP are detailed. Then, according to projectstudy and practical work, a fast updating scheme of the digitaItopograPhic map is put forth, as well as the fundamentals andmethods and realization methods of digital topograPhic maP qualitycontrol. At the same time, several smart a1gorithms are developedand realized in the system. HoweveT, as a matter of time, somefunctions of the system are taken from the results of other projectSby the author and successfully aPp1ied to the system. |
