Based On The Research Of The Webgis The Premium Information System - Zhangjiagang City, For Example

The construction of the Land Value Information System is an important constituent part of the new-round Land Resources Investigation, as well as a sub-project to the "the Investigation in Prices and the Evaluation of Potentialities in Intensive Utility of Land in Urban Area" project in "the land Resources Inspection and Investigation Project". This paper is written against a background of the implement of "the Land Resources Investigation" project. Under the new round of Land Laws and regulations and criteria, the empirical studies has been done in the city of Zhang Jia Gang. During the research process, the author who intends to combine the theory with the practice expatiates his own reflections on the case. The main results of the author's research work are:1.the construction of a dynamic computer system in the area of Land Price Inspection in Zhang Jia Gang;2.the insurance of Land Price Information in Zhang Jia Gang through network.The whole paper can be divided into 6 parts :Chapter 1 Preface: This chapter gives a brief introduction of the relative conceptions, the program construction backgrounds, the review of the present domestic studies in Land Price Information System, the practical significance and the configuration of this paper.Chapter 2 Study on the Construction of Land Price Information System: This chapter deals with the systematic analysis and the general design of the development of Land Price Information System in detail, and on these bases the further systematic function design and data design are proposed.Chapter 3 The Realization of Land Price Arrangement in Land Price Information System: This chapter deals with the practical methods of some key techniques in Land Price Information Inspection System, which are the establishing and updating of Land Price Inspection spots, and the spatial and temporal analysis of land prices, the real time evaluation of land.Chapter 4 The Realization of Information Assurance of Land Price Information System: This chapter deals with the basic techniques and some practical methods about the construction of Land Price Information System.Chapter 5 The Construction of Land Price Information System in Zhang Jia Gang: This chapter gives a brief introduction about the situation of the construction of Land Price Information System in Zhang Jia Gang.Chapter 6 Conclusion and Discussion; This chapter is about the conclusions of the research in this paper, the analysis of the existing problems and the discussion on further research.
