A classical research area in Geology is isoline-generation. It is relevant with a lot of academic and applied issues in mathematics, such as, geostatistics, scattered data interpolation, spline interpolation, curves and surfaces construction, etc. Lucubrating in isoline-generation is valuable widely for theory and application. The algorithms of scattered data interpolation are almost the most important during the most of methods for generating isoline. Some of them are mature relatively, for example, Moving Average, Krige method, etc. However, just as we known, nothing is perfect; there are also some restrictions in these algorithms since the complexity and instability on the physiognomy. So, it ought to be reasonable relatively before interpolating that making a mathematical analysis of the geography scattered data set. Enlightened from the thought of cluster analysis, the author introduced an scattered data interpolation algorithm that applies the cluster analysis. The present thesis, including three chapters, will be organized as follows.Chapter 1 is served as preliminaries. It contains 3 sections. In 1 there are introduced the basis of spline interpolation. In 2 we sketch an elementary part of PDE theory and introduce an application of the theory. In 3 we briefly review basic ideas about fractal interpolation.Chapter 2 is the same as Chapter 1 in use. It contains 2 sections. In 1 we study Krige method introduced by D. G. Krige, a rocksy of S. Africa, which is an interpolation method based on statistics. In 2 we investigate the basis of cluster analysis.Chapter 3 is devoted to a new scattered data interpolation algorithm based on cluster analysis and some applied instances. In 1 we introduce the kriging method based on cluster analysis. In 2 we enumerate some applied instances for consulting and comparing.
