Global Positing System (GPS) technology has been widely used in many field .The observation results using GPS are the coordinates or coordinate differences in World Geodetic System (WGS-84),but in practical use the coordinate system in national coordinate or in local independent coordinate system are required. So in order to use GPS coordinate ,it is needed to calculate the geodetic coordinate transformation paramaters between the two different system. In the paper ,it explaims some basic knowledges about geodetic coordinate transformation and some calculations about geodetic coordinate transformation paramaters at first .Then discuss some features of the least-squares in linear calculation ,fulfills the application of geodetic coordinate transformation paramaters in this theory. The least-squares principle has been completed with Delphi. In this article, the most important part lies in calculating the inverse of dynamic matrix. Only if you choose the public points distributed impartly ,can you calculate geodetic coordinate transformation parameters duplicated relative coefficient and surplus standard dispersion ,and get the most reliable wanted parameters .These has been clearly proved by using 33 points which belonging to both coordinate systems of WGS-84 and nation-54 in the paper.
