According to analyzing characteristics of deformation observation, this paper mainly studied that wavelet analysis and Grey theory are used in deformation observation with Geographic Information System.As it all to know that deformation observation have too many data, various kinds, intricacy content, in order to make fully use of powerful managing and analyzing spatial datas of GIS, one subject information system(DOGIS) which combines deformation observation and GIS is formed. This paper expound GIS's applied characters and superiority, concept and structure of DOGIS, wavelet analysis's characteristics and its applications to surveying, Grey theory's modeling mechanism and forecasting steps. At the same time, in order to combine the two mean's advantages and improve the prediction performance, author puts forward wavelet Grey model(WGM) and present corresponding theory testification and analyzed example. The result studied show that precision which WGM forecasts is good and achieve anticipated achievements which studied.On the basis of concept and structure of DOGIS and Analyzing surveying data, this paper describe DOGIS's data source and management, basic principle, main function, studied mostly application model's content and DOGIS's own spatial analysis function. In the end, the paper take HeiHe bank engineering as example, present process which build a DOGIS and method which DOGIS is used to analyze deformation and make decision.
