Depended on the foundational geology, on the basis of much macroscopical and microcosmic investigative information, this paper has confirmed that Huize Pb-Zn deposit is an exhalative hydrothermal sedimentary deposit reformed by subsequent pneumatoly-hydrothermal superimposition, established the model of ore-controlling tectonics and studied the tectono-geochemical features by means of computer and method of multivariate statistical analysis in the metallographic province and periphery of the ore field. It combined echanic with historical analysis, ore-forming formation with ore-controlling transformation , magnificent analysis with microscopical meaturements. The main conclusions are obtained as follows:A.The paper has discussed the metallogenic source and physi-chemical conditions by the the study of geochemical features of enclave and Pb, Sr, S isotopes, and considered the genetic type of Huize Pb-Zn deposit is an exhalative hydrothermal sedimentation reformed by the pneumatoly-hydrothermal superimposition.B.According to the structures of structures,this paper has founded the tectonic ore-controlling model. Hercynian movement early, the deep-seated ore fluid which passed the northwestern syngenetic faults formed sulfide deposit with exhalative hot water sediementation on the ocean floor, and reformed finitely by the pneumatoly-hydrothermal superimposition which related with basaltic after diagenesis. During the medium-laer term of Yanshan movement, the orebody occurrence was changed by the intensive northeast-southwest tectonic stress field, and became the components of the NE fold-fault belt in northeast Yunnan, finally its continuity was destroyed by the northsouth structures. As a result, the northwesten peneumcontemporaneous faults are the main ore-controlling structures, the northeast and northsouth ones changed the occurrence and continuity of deposit.C.Contents of multivated elements in the faulr are measured and devided into diagenetic and ore-forming paragenetic association of elements, this paper revealed the paragenetic associations of minerogenic elements and the tectono-geochemical features of deposit structures are studied.D. The ore-forming criteria for the prognoses of metallogenesis is proposed on the basis of former analysis. According to the criteria, five targets favourable for the ore-forming are enclosed, and the prospects of them are inferred.
