On the foundation of the domestic and international researchs about HD resistivity method, the dissertation discussed the data processing technique about HD(high density) resistivity method in theory and application, which set up the basis for raising the applied effect of this technology. The dissertation was divided into 5 chapters totally, including the sectors of the basic principle, working method, exploration ability of different devices, data pre-processing (including data connection, filter processing, 2D interpolation, terrain correction), essential data processing (including ratio calculation, two dimensional resistivity inversion), which are discussed respectively. At last, the work flow and programming scheme about HD resistivity method from data collection to data processing was worked out.Firstly, the dissertation based on the simply description of the basic principle and working method of HD resistivity method, then using the method of numerical analogue, more ample knowledge about the exploration ability of different devices and the abnormity form of resistivity profile was gotten through the analogue calculation to some simple underground models, it will help to the choice of working device and reasonable setting of point distance. Secondly, in the chapter of data pre-processing, the filter processing of noise section and 2D data interpolation of adjacent data body were discussed, which made preparation for the essential data processing. Thirdly, in the chapter of essential data processing, some critical technology about forward modeling using limited element method and resistivity inversion was discussed. Furthermore, deeply research in the calculation of optimum dispersion wave number was made, such as the giving of initial value of wave number, the computation of derivative matrix and the choice of optimal numbers of wave number etc. The effectiveness of using the dispersed wave number of optimization was approved through the forward modeling. Finally, the higher effective program of 2D resistivity inversion was developed, and the calculation of whether can make effective inversion to the adjacent same property abnormity or not was drawn up.
