Spatial Light Distribution Of The Fast Measurement Study

Based on the principle of Photometry, and according to the requirements of measurement for spatial light distribution of luminosity, we design two fast measuring system for illuminating lamps and luminaires, and automobile headlamps.In this thesis, we analyze the principles and structure of several kinds of practical light distribution measurement systems for lamps and luminaires, and give a design of a Fast Light Distribution System with 37 detectors array arranged in a hemicycle. All detectors working synchronously improve measurement speed. Moreover, the location and ignition point of the lamps and luminaires in the process of the measurement is just the same as they are used usually. The system also fulfils the measuring requirement of high pressure mercury lamp , high pressure natrium lamp, and other HID lamps. It makes application in the roadway lighting and indoors lighting by measuring the spatial light distribution and other photometric parameters of the lamps. In that way, it offers reliable support to the designment of lamps and also lighting. By using the software which is developed for this system, the measurement is simplified.This article also presents the inspecting points and zones in photometric measurement of vehicle head-lamps. A new fast testing method is introduced after we analyzed the old detective method. This method uses a suit of detectors, improves the measuring speed and keeps the precision. The whole system is constituted by software and hardware. It's a system combines mechanism, circuitry and computer. The thesis gives the principle of this test system, and the structure of each part.Developments of measurement for spatial light distribution nowadays is introduced in the first chapter generally. Chapter 2 introduces the basic measuement method of Photometric quantity, several kinds of measurement system for spatial light distribution, and fundament for vehicle head-lamps measuement. Emphasis is made on the principle and structure of Fast Spatial Light Distribution System inChapter 3. And designment of Fast Measurement System for Automobile Headlamps is introduced in Chapter 4. The condition of measurement for lamps, and the results of running these systems are given in Chapter 5. And we make a estimation of these systems.
