Rapid GPS(Global Positioning System) carrier phase precision relative position is referred as a developing direction in GPS applications technology, which consists of two key parts:integer ambiguity resolution and cycle slips that are researched in theory as well as by experiments in this dissertation.The theory of integer ambiguity resolution is elaborated, and the model of integer ambiguity resolution is established. A new algorithm of integer ambiguity resolution based on spatial transformation of ambiguity on the static kilometer-length-baseline is proposed. With the help of carrier phase triple differential observation, the theory of detecting and recovering cycle slips is researched and an algorithm is developed.As far as experiment is concerned, the results of the research are used to create a rapid GPS carrier phase precision relative position system. It is shown that this system is capable of rapid relative position, the accuracy of which is 2 cm at the 95% level on about 1 Km-length-baseline when data spans of only 3 minutes were used. And cycle slips are effectively detected and recovered by this system, even only one cycle slip.
