Comprehensive Experimental Study Design, And Spectroscopy Experiments

Comparing with traditional test experiments, the advantage of comprehensiveexperiments is to improve and develop the comprehensive quality and innovationability of students. Comprehensive is developing high teacher training recent historyphysical experimental curriculum and seaking way to training the capacities ofexperiment and research. This paper is about how to introduce modern analytictechnology specifically new position of technology and education development and torealize the modernization of experimental teaches and the teaching of spectroscopyanalytic method. According to the talent requirement of 21 Century, the paperdiscusses the development current of recent history physical experimental curricular,and indicates that some pure validating experiments should be reduced and thosewhich can reflect the analytic technology of modern science and its application shouldbe increased. In the reformation of teach, it is an important aspect to introduce newtechnology especially spectroscopy analytic technology into the original experimentsfor it can produce several effect. On which, how to apply the spectroscopy analytictechnology to recent history physical experiment is discussed through the example ofinfrared spectrum and Raman spectra experiment. In the spectral analytic experiment,three schemes are designed. All the schemes mostly include FTIS basic operation andqualitative analysis of SA infrared spectrum and measure and analysis of Raman. Thework of this paper mostly lies in the theoretic research over the comprehensiveexperiment, and the design of spectroscopy analytic method. In the infrared spectrumand Raman spectra experiment, the link of SA physical property research and theapplication of spectroscopy analytic technology attain some result of experiment. Inthe last part the paper is summarized. It indicates that the introducement ofspectroscopy analytic technology into recent history experiment provides muchadvantage for the applying and researching of experiment, sequentially settles wellbasic for the deep development of recent history physical experiment research.
