Because human beings live in the bottom of the earth atmosphere and allof the activities of human beings are affected, exploration of the bottom ofthe earth atmosphere's changes is important especially. And low altitudeexploration is a kind of usual method which people research movement rule ofatmosphere in the borderline layer. It also is important significance toproduction of industry and agriculture and reservation of environment.Developing society and economy, mission of low altitude exploration becomesfrequently more and more, and the precision's demand is higher and higher.Because of some deficiencies which are huge equipment of present exploration'ssystem, data management, anti-jamming and consumed power and so on, presentexploration's equipments are not capable of low altitude exploration any longer,and need to be improved.Aiming at those deficiencies, the main work of this design is to redesigna new VHF receiver and a data gathering system, which applied frequencysynthesizer and dual conversion technology. Because this design selects highlyintegrate circuit, this system has these characteristics, such as lower power,smaller cubage, more robust despite strong interfere and so on. Not only itcan work alone, but also it can cooperate with PC. Exploration can be doneanywhere, thus it promotes convenience of exploration in rural area especially.This paper that is based on itself defect also gives some advice to next versiondesign on this system. And this paper also designs new project.
