A sampler that can keep pressure and heat preservation is almost in the blank in the nation.However, providing a kind of sampler with stronger general use and new technology & method for foundation of geology research, the marine life gene and ocean environment ,is a necessity and urgent.The research target designs of backgroud of this paper is providing a kind of sampler that can collect Suspended Particulate Matter and plankton in the sea water in the specify deepth of sea without pollution and have no pressure mutation, and at the same time condenses these microorganism.The key technique of the sampling machine lies in how to keep the pressure variety of the pressure-6 hours of the high pressure sample tube body not over 10%.In addition, the percolation ability of membrane, the ability of flow passing the membrane, and the ability of resistive pressure is an important function index .A research method for this paper associate with maths model, computer simulation and experiments.In order to estimate performance of pressure mutation,we construct maths model and use ANSYS to analysis .all these will be reference for optimizion of design. In ordr to estimate performance of system of sampler,we designed a device that measure the ability of flow passing the membrane in the container, discussed how to choose membrane in the sampler in the deep see circumstance , calculated the maximum pressure loss when water pass through the membrane, pointed out the reasons that influence the ability of flow passing the membrane in the deep sea .And based on the result of experiment we used MATLAB to simulation .The data that gets through a laboratory is in accordance with the data get through mathematics model, it prove analytical method of pressure mutation is valid, carried out to design the target of its beginning.
