Sponsored by programs such as (The Prognosis of concealed ore-bodies in Hetaoping Pb-Zn Deposit) from Feilong Ltd., in Xiangyun, Yunnan, which is undertaken by my tutor of Professor Han Runsheng and vice Professor Xue Chuandong, this particle is achieved.With study on the geological settings, ore-forming conditions, deposit geology and tectono-geochemistry of Hetaoping Pb-Zn ore deposit, some acknowledgements have been attained as following: (1) Structures, strata and rocks are the ore-controlling factors;Ore-bodies are strictly controlled by approximately SN-trending faults and the aligned fractures, and they were born in the skarnized carbonate rocks and skarn rocks, skarn rocks and marlitized lime rocks are the main ore-born wall-rocks;(2) It deduces that there exist in the deep part. Magama hydrothermal produced alternation effects with carbonate rocks, meanwhile, it produced Pb-Zn mineralization. Origin of Metallogenic Materials and hydrothermal are multi-origin ( magama hydrothermal , rainfall, etc.). (3) Trace element geochemistry and geological features show that the deposit belongs to structure-controlling skarn-type of lead and zinc ore deposit. (4) Tectono-geochemistry is a effective method for the prognosis of concealed ore-bodies.With the theory and method of geochemical exploration, tectono-geochemical mapping has been made in some major tunnels, then the prognosis of concealed ores has been done, and 8 ore-exploration targets have been marked.
