Two Factors In The Growth Of Surface And Interface Theory Is Discussed

In this paper,we introduce the problem of surface and interface growth and approaches to this problem.We discuss ,in detail,the Dynamic Renormalization Group(DRG)approach,specially,emphasize on the auther's work on relacxation effect of surface and point defects' influences on surface growth.The paper is organized as the following: In chapter 1,we summarise works on surface growth and (DRG) approach,and introduce the direct scaling analysis and computer simulation on surface growth.In chapter 2 and 3,surface relaxation effect and point defects' influences on configurations of surface growth are discussed.In chapter 4,we summarise the past work and give further discussion.
