On the basis of the predecessor study, this paper is guided by the new oil-geology theory and detail research of the stratum and structure. New theory, new technology and new method, such as the recent statigraphy, oil geology, sediment, oil geological anomaly and remote sensing, are applied in the research and study of the oil. Characters of the stratum, structure and space-time are found out. Remote sensing is applied in all process. The main geological borderline, symbol stratum, fault and drape are sought by lithological fillled-map and fine section measurement. Each size structural distortion's position, quality, scale, distributing and combined rule, such as drape, fault are found out through the base methods of the geometry, kinematics and dynamics. We classified the reseach area into three first-order structural units such as lasa block (Gangdise magma arc, Cuoqin basin), Bangong Lake-Nu River suture zone and Qiangtang basin according to tectonic deformation, stratigraphic distribution, the contact relation of geologic strata and relating gravity and magnetic,MT, clasfied Cuoqin basin into five third-order structural units such as south col fold zone ,south thrust belt, middle col fold zone, north thrust belt and north col fold zone. the article analyses structural deformation styles, combination patterns and tectonic relationship.Relating the gravity and magnetic,MT., geologic investigation, the article confirms the property and characteristics of the two main faults :Dawaco-caijico fault and Laguoco fault. the Dawaco-caijico fault which developed in early cretaceous epoch is the Gangdise back-arc thrust fault; Laguoco ophiolitic melange belt belongs to the Bangong Lake-Nu River suture zone and it is the creation of the process in the collision-intracontinental orogeny of Bangong Lake-Nu River basin. The Conclusion provides important basis for confiring the basin's structural framework and basin's nature, Cuoqin basin is retroarc foreland basin controlled by the two fault. The article analyse the Cuoqin basin's basic tectonic framework--large scale fold and thrust construct., the basin boundary is laguoco faut in north and Dawaco-caijco fault in south. The general tectonic lineament is mainly NW and NWW, and basin is mainly made of closed and middle fold, thrust fault, the fault dip in norh is mainly N and NWW and SW or NNW in the south, assemblage tyles is mainly imbricated, hedged, Back thrust tyles.
