Based On 3s County Land Use Database Construction Method Study

With the development of Digital Earth and GIS techniques, GIS is used widely to solve the problem in many fields. In the information-intensive society, the methods of digitalized management come to every walk of life. As a part of national spatial data infrastructure, the land information digitalized project made great achievements. Under the background, the process and method for building county-level land use database were studied.On the basis of GIS, the method for building county-level land use database was studied using 3S technology. According to the data of land detail survey and DOM data, land use information of field, traffic net and irrigation works were gathered. This information was used to build land use database. The database provides detail information for land use management and programming. In the process of building county-level land use database, the method of surveying with GPS and the GPS data displayed in Google Earth was studied. The survey was carried on taking the village as the unit the sketch map with image was made. The method of assuring integrality and correctness about land use code removing unnecessary information from land use code was studied. Meanwhile a shot cut of using Access to build DD was attempted.These innovation discussions have provided the beneficial experience for the county level land utilization database construction.
