Along with the development of nonlinear optics, optical phase conjugation, as its broad application prospects is widespread concern. Because Degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) easily achieve phase-matching and symmetry of the medium without the stringent requirements, resonance absorption in the case of signal enhancement, and can be amended in phase matching, so in various nonlinear optical phase conjugation process, particularly Degenerate four-wave mixing phase conjugation is most attention.Saturable absorber about the DFWM theory and experiment has been a rapid development. Curing organic dye in solid matrix by Degenerate four-wave mixing phase conjugation have its advantages even by the people's attention. As the liquid dye molecules campaign in molecular grating observed fuzzy effect, However dye in solid matrix can ignore this effect. Dye in the visible range is strong absorption so it is suitable for nonlinear optical research. Organic dye molecules to absorb photons, the triplet state is under a long life, low saturated absorption intensity, So the low power laser, even in continuous-wave laser power can be generated under DFWM phase conjugate wave. Therefore, the organic dye-doped solid matrix nonlinear optics research and application is a very promising material. It has been applied to image processing, optical logic, high-resolution interferometry, as well as vibration analysis method possible future for optical information storage, visible tunable solid dye lasers. The experiment about the DFWM properties of polyvinyl alcohol films doped with methlyene blue were studied under low power continuous-wave laser radiation generated by He-Ne laser. First phase-conjugate (PC) signal along with incidence time relations were studied. Then various parameters which influenced the PC signal during the DFWM process were studied. We observed a maximum PC reflectivity of 0.27% in these dye-doped polyvinyl alcohol films. Finally the PC signal influence from induced holographic transmission and reflection gratings were studied.
