Autocotlimator is a kind of instrument for precise angle measuring, it ispredominant in the field of multidimensional and non-contact measurementof tiny angle. It works with the principle of autocollimating and been usedin a lot of fields, such as linearity and flatness of precise flat.Autocollimator includes optical Autocollimator and photoelectricAutocollimator, photoelectric Autocollimator is the combination of opticalAutocollimator and photo-electricity technique. The precision ofphotoelectric Autocollimator in our country is low, so the research of howto improve its precision is necessary.The main idea of this article is how to improve the resolution and precisionof photoelectric Autocollimator, contains next aspects:1, How to improve the resolution of imaging apparatus with Cubic SplineInterpolation Functions.2, How to improve the resolution and precision of photoelectricAutocollimator by Moire fringe.After validated by experiments, those two methods were effective inimproving the resolution and precision of photoelectric Autocollimator.
