Based On Component Gis Digital Community Management Information System

With the development of economy and technology, the research of Digital Community, which is a part of Digital City, is increasingly deepened. As a result more attention has been paid into the construction of Digital Community both domestically and internationally. The digital Community construction of our country has been better performed due to the enough recognition of our government.As one information technology, geography information system (GIS) is closely related with the human survival, development and progress. With the concept introduction and operation of Digital Earth, Digital City, Digital Communities, GIS has been widely applied in more and more fields. Communities are very important part of the Modern urban, introduction of GIS concept to community management, achievement of the digital community, is not only an improvement of the community management, but also a useful attempt for the Digital city.The paper firstly introduced Digital Community research background and both domestically and internationally the developmental status of the Digital Community, which led to the Digital Community based on GIS. It included the definition of Digital Community, the technology system of Digital Community, the data organization and data storage of the management Information System, the technology system of the Digital Community Management Information System and the function module design of the system. Then relevant technical basis of the Components Geographic Information System was discussed. Geographic Information System Secondary Development based on ArcGIS Engine was reviewed, presenting a detailed briefing for the development model of the geography information system and the secondary development based on ArcGIS Engine. In the end, a systematic analysis has been made for the process of development of the ComGIS under the example of development of LiangYuan Community management Information System. Fully demonstration has been made about the development Applied Geographic Information System, which was featured with powerful ComGIS, compact flexible, fast-track development, perfect integration.LiangYuan Community was taken as an example in this paper, combined with .NET programming language and ArcGIS Engine, to develop LIANG Yuan Community Management Information System, which included Login Verification Module, Spatial Information Management Module, Community Information Management Module, Tabulate statistics module , Drawing Output Module and other major functional module. Finally, it was a summary and analysis about the disadvantages and developmental prospective of the community management Information System.
