The special structure of fullerence C60 and the capabilities in superconductivity, magnetism, optics, material and biology make it used in many fields. But the applied material usually appears in the form of films. So, the fullerence are made into films for the research; mang methods are used to research the capabilities of films. The Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique is one powerful tool to form organic ultrathin films in molecular thickness. So forming ordered structure of fullerence becomes the attractive subject. Among the research techniques of the thin film, Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)is an powerful technique for studying the property of films and the mechanism of interaction between the molecules and the substrate, with the excellency of high distinguish and high sensibility ability. In this paper, the high active assembled substrates are made by deposition and magnetron sputtering, and then the surface of substrates is measured by SEM and AFM. The LB films of fullerence are shifted onto the substrates successfully; and the high qulity SERS spectra of the fullerence are accepted. The number of vibrational modes was greatly increased. The effect arises from symmetry lowering and selection rule relaxing of C60 according to group theory calculation. On the other hand, the mechanisms of the substrates are analysised. The experiments show that the assembled substrates are active. Furthermore, the simpleness methods make it significant for the expanding of the substrate and theory research.
