Highway transportation is the main means of dangerous goods transportation. The dangerous goods with great variety and large number have brought tremendous hidden danger to the transportation. Once the occurrence of accidents during transportation, it will bring a great threat to the people life along the road. Therefore, how to make an efficient emergency evacuation decision after the accident has become an important research topic protecting the safety of highway dangerous goods transportation now. This dissertation focused on the emergency evacuation decision of highway dangerous goods transportation accident. The main study contents are as follows:Based on the analysis of toxicity standards and the leakage mechanism of dangerous goods, mathematical models of gas diffusion were discussed emphatically, and the factors which affact the diffusion of dangerous goods were analyzed. Illustrated by diffusion model of non-heavy gas cloud, the diffusion of ammonia in different weather conditions was simulated in detail, the diffusion range and influence range of ammonia were acquired.Based on CFD, the numerical simulation technology of the diffusion of dangerous goods was studied. In this dissertation, Fluent was used to do the research on the diffusion of chlorine, and two-dimensional physical and mathematical models of the diffusion and flow of chlorine were established. The numerical simulation under different conditions was done, and the characteristics of diffusion and flow of chlorine were described in detail.According to evacuation, the mathematical models of emergency evacuation aimed at the shortest time of evacuation were built, and the mathematical models were solved using genetic algorithms.Based on a detailed analysis of the actual needs of relevant management department implementing rescue of highway dangerous goods transportation accident, the emergency evacuation decision support system of dangerous goods was studied. Based on GIS technology, the general design scheme of highway dangerous goods transportation emergency evacuation decision system was established, and the main workflow of the system was analysed. Using MapInfo as background G1S tool, and VB6.0 as visual development tool, and OLE development method, GIS system software was developed. Finally, the example verification was carried out.The studying results of this dissertation will provide an important basis and the guideline for the emergency evacuation decision-making of the major accident of highway dangerous goods transportation.
