System Dynamics (SD) is a kind of science on the basis of feedback control theory, with computer simulation technology as the primary means, studying on the dynamic behavior of the large-scale nonlinear and complex systems by qualitative and quantitative study. Some achievements of system dynamics application had been made in relevant fields of the logistics. As the development of society and economy, growing competition, competition among enterprises has evolved into the competition among the supply chains. The blind competition without cooperation will lead to the indiscriminate targeting of a waste of social resources; it is also not conducive to the sustainable development of society. In recent years, supply chain coordination has become a major research focus.Supply chain coordination, previous research focused on single-chain coordination between the various nodes, few researcher pay attention on inter-linked coordination, and use of system dynamics to study the coordination of inter-linked is extremely rare. In this paper, on the basis of previous research, study on the two supply chain coordination by SD, a inter-linked supply chain coordination model - each chain includes a producer, a wholesaler and a retailer is established. We set the coordination point of contact at wholesalers, show complete supply chain coordination of inter-linked operations in the course of information flow, logistics, inventory and analysis it using systems dynamics software (Vensim). In the text, we first analyze the main feedback of the model, build a cross-linked coordinate flow map, and proved the validity of the model. Then, on the basis of the model has been built, run the simulation according to the actual customer demand data, analyze the inventory and the rate of customer demands of the entire system, comparing with the situation that the two single chains without coordination, and comparing with the situation without third-party logistics, then correspondingly come to the conclusions that we can improve the customer's satisfaction rate and reduce some inventory by using this model. By establishing and analyzing the system model, this thesis reveals a new concept and format for the supply chain coordination of inter-linked, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of introducing the third-party logistics and implementing the inter-linked coordination, to pave the way for follow-up study and provide important reference for enterprises' decision-maker.The novelty lies in: establishing a two inter-linked chain coordination model with a third-party logistics involved in by using system dynamics modeling theory; introducing a third party logistics in order to reduce the delay time; running the simulation by approaching the actual customer demand data, qualitative and quantitative analyze the coordination.
