The algorithm of GPS navigation basing on the fuzzy theory is studied in this paper. The main content and the innovation is listed below:1. Combining the researched actuality of navigation algorithm with the applied actuality of fuzzy theory in the worldwide. The rationality of the application of fuzzy theory in the navigation algorithm is discussed. The importance of researching a navigation algorithm basing on the fuzzy theory is pointed out.2. Adaptive filter is analyzed theoretically and discussed. The fundamental of adaptive filter is introduced, and several common methods of construct adaptive factor are summarized. After this a adaptive filter algorithm basing on the fuzzy theory is successfully constructed. Finally it is verified by the example that this algorithm can restrain the influence of disturbing abnormity of dynamic model and abnormity of observed information to the navigation solution. The precision and reliability of filter is improved wholly.3. The fundamental of robust filter and the construction of the equivalent weight of robust are researched. The equivalent weight if robust is constructed basing on the fuzzy theory, and the robust filter algorithm basing on the fuzzy theory is presented. The result of example shows that this algorithm is robust enough to restrain the effect of the gross error to the navigation solution.4. Fading filter is analyzed theoretically and researched. According to the shortcomings of Fading filter, a Fading filter algorithm basing on the fuzzy theory is presented. The Fading filter factor basing on the fuzzy theory is successfully constructed. This algorithm overcomes the indefinite during the solving period with Fading filter factor, so this algorithm needs no additional conditions. Finally the effectivity and feasibility of the algorithm is verified by a example.
