With the difficulty enlargement of oil field development and water control, the exploration and potential excavation of low-permeability reservoir will be an important goal. With the development of low-permeability reservoir produce technology, production decline will be slowed down, which will be significant to maintain production balance.The reservoir has three big problems during development. First, the reservoir permeability and flow conductivity is low, so it is likely to form the high pressure region easily around the water-injection well, which lead to low water absorbing capacity. Second, the reservoir pressure and the decline of production are quick, the response to waterflood is slow, and the effect is not obvious, after long time waterflooding, the pressure and the production can only stabilize or recovery slightly. But it is far lower than the initial period.The paper analyzes the remaining oil potential according to Ying 11 characteristics--- appraising horizontal and internal distribution of the residual oil; The well pattern compatibility is studied with view of Ying 11 deposit characteristics, appraising the development effect and compatibility of the present well pattern, getting the reasonable well pattern density, interspacing,spread length, the well pattern form and the well placement principle; The horizontal well technology research - - adjust the well pattern at horizontal well group, located the position according to the horizontal well as well as the related oil deposit parameter, This initiating project research studied fine geological and in the crystal stress distribution, take the different reservoir nature, the different crystal stress distribution, the well pattern form, the well spacing, the platoon distance optimization as the core, studied low-permeability reservoirs remaining oil distribution rule and the controlling factor, the horizontal well development compatibility, forms the series necessary technology and the method to improve the development effect of low-permeability reservoirs, and to raise recovery rate.
