The electromagnetic field is the only carrier which can be achieved across the vacuum to be encoded for communications. If we can use the gravitational field to be encoded for the communications, for humanity there will be a second information carrier across the vacuum, which has great significance whether in basic theory or practice.In1993, the winners of Nobel Prize in Physics–Russell A. Hulse and Joseph H. Haylor who come from Princeton University, New Jersey, through a long-term continuous observation of a new pulsars and study, they prove the existence of the Gravity Waves indirectly. In nature, it is an objective reality that information is transferred through the gravity field though the Gravity Waves has not been detected directly till now, for example, earth tides is the result of alternating gravitational field produced by the relative movement of the moon and the earth, where the moon is the information source, the sea is the information sink, and the gravitational field is the carrier, through the study of the tides, we can deduce the motion law of moon; and in another example, we all know the fact that Neptune is discovered through the orbit information of Uranus, where Neptune is the information source, Uranus is the information sink, and the gravitational field is the carrier.Compared with the spatial distortion effect generated by gravitational waves, the motion effects generated by torsion balance under alternating gravitational field which can be observed is much larger. Therefore, this paper presents a design for coding communication system using the alternating gravitational field, which is based on the Cavendish experiment. The experiment is improved based on the Cavendish experiment. The principle is that using the mass M moving periodically as information source, Cavendish torsion balance as information sink. To achieve the information communication between two points in a vacuum, the alternating gravitational force produced by the mass M makes the Torsion balance vibrate at the same frequency like information source. At information source, using frequency modulation method, code 0, 1 will be modulated to different frequencies, and at the information sink, the signals will be measured by the PV system. But there're still two key problems to be solved to make the use of the alternating gravitational field as communication carrier: producing of alternating gravitational field tuner and receive signal amplifier. Through analysis of the theoretical data, Such as the intrinsic angular frequency, natural cycles, noise and experimental frequency selection, etc., existing precision measuring instruments and equipment can fully meet our needs. And, I have designed a measurement probable experiment of propagation velocity of alternating gravitational field.Although the gravitational field is very weak in comparison with electromagnetic field, the gravitational field carries large numbers of objects information. If we master the transinformation laws of the gravitational field, and detect it, this would be extraordinary. In this study, we've proved the feasibility of making use of alternating gravitational field to achieve communication in principle, but it can make a beginning of experimental studies of the gravitational field communication.
