The research of the foundation soil's dynamic elastic parameters under dynamic load has important practical significance, such as providing basis for anti-quake architectural structure design, evaluating the classification of foundation soil, and detecting the consolidation effect of foundation soil, and so on. Wave velocity in-situ testing is an effective way to obtain dynamic elastic parameters, with the advantage of quick, easy operation, and avoiding the effect to test result caused by perturbation in the process of sampling and transit.Some wave velocity test methods are summarized in the paper. The theory and data handling procedure of cross-hole method, and the basic theory of dynamic elastic parameters'(dynamic Poisson ratio, dynamic elastic modulus, dynamic rigidity modulus) calculation based on the result of the cross-hole wave velocity test are mainly investigated. Specific to the problems of the arrival time difference identified by manual work is inefficient and has low precision used in Code for Measurement Method of Dynamic Properties of Subsoil, some numerical methods, including the correlation function are used to achieve automatic calculation of cross-hole method wave velocity test, and the program is written, which improves the data processing precision and efficiency. The cross correlation analysis, the arrival time difference of shear wave identification and optimization, the shear wave calculation and optimization, the arrival time difference of compressional wave identification and optimization, the compressional wave calculation and optimization, and the dynamic elastic parameters calculation program modules are contained in this program. The dynamic elastic parameters testing software of foundation soil is developed using mixed programming with FORTRAN and VB, which has the function of dealing with the testing data automatically and generating testing report automatically.Using the method in this paper, the two grinder foundations'of Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co.,Ltd and one grinder foundation's of Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration subsoil dynamic elastic parameters are calculated. The calculation results are compared with empirical data in scientific literature, verifying that the testing results with this paper satisfy error band request.
