AVO prestack inversion technology is a new rising technology in hydrocarbon exploration.The foundations of AVOprestack inversion are petrophysical theories and the theory that vibration amplitude varies with the variance of migration distance.Through Zeoppritz equation or approxinate expression,least square fitting is conducted to CDPtrace assemblage reflection amplitude variance,till a very good fitting between theory and measured value.Finally elasticity constants such Poisson ratio,Lame constant,bulk modulus,shear modulus,and Young's modulus are incluced out for further lithology identification.AVO restack inversion theories are introduced and the theories are analyzed combining reality.This paper mainly researches the method of AVO technology for hydrocarbon detection.At first AVO theories and AVO analysis petrophysics founation are seriously described,and then points out the critical aspects of seismic premise of analyzing the factors that affect the prestack seismic reflection amplitude variation versus offset in the AVOstudy of complex structure areas. At last the approach of AVOtechnology for hydrocarbon detection was studied. The above proposed research method was applied to the fact data, the gas-bearing seismic and well logging response characteristics of the studied area. This studied result in this paper is very significant. It is a very important refrence in finding oil and gas in xujiaweiz area.
