At present, Rotary Drilling Rig, as the pile foundation engineering equipment of the more technology and the higher Electro-hydraulic, have been completely transformed from the import to independent manufacturing-based research in our country, and their use is becoming more and more wide. Thus, researching rotary drilling rig and its key components is very important. Parallelogram System of rotary drilling rig has a great effect on the stability of the whole rotary drilling rig equipment, while the structure and load of Parallelogram System are very complex, it is difficult to calculate the strength and stiffness with analytic method. The research on the key components (triangular linker and arm) of Parallelogram System of rotary drilling rig will be done. the main job is as follows:In the paper, Parallelogram System's key parts will be analyzed in statics analysis, And the paper establishes the mechanical model about luffing and digs drills and raising drills, finding the dangerous locations under three conditions, calculating the force of each point under the dangerous locations.The paper will establish the finite element mold about the Triangular linker and Arm and analyse in the static strength under the dangerous conditions. The result of the finite element analysis will reveal the distribution rule of the maximum deformation value, the maximum stress values, the risk regional as well as the deformation and stress distribution. It can provide a reference for improving the structure form and design.The paper will complete the optimize design of Triangular linker in ANSYS, the analysis reduces the quality of Triangular linker, the structure of Triangular linker will be improved, it will improve the stress distribution.In order to verify the validity of finite element models of the Triangular linker and Arm, the experiments were conducted by means of employing the testing machine for SWDM22 in Hunan Sunward Intelligent Machinery Co. Ltd, The experimental results in this study are effective and practical.
