Fractured reservoirs are widely distributing in the world, which oil reserves is about more than 20% of the total reserves and have hold the balance effect in the oilfield producing. The reservoir types of fractured carbonatite reservoirs are very complex and exploitation is very difficult. In our country, the main techniques for developing fractured reservoirs are the distribution of fracture systems, the relationship of rock and fracture, filtration theory, and so on. For complex carbonatite reservoirs, to confirm the exploitation techniques, such as logging test water-oil-gas layers, rebuild reserves, oil remaining distribution, plant high production wells, edge-bottom water control, energy.supplement method, reasonable oil recovery rate, which are keys to develop fractured carbonatite reservoirs. For fractured carbonatite reservoirs, it is cautious to waterflood development, especially for fracture reserve with gas-cap and bottom water. Generally, after depletion drive and waterflood development, the finally recovery rate of base oil is less than 40%. Wherefore, it is world-class puzzle and reservoir researchful conundrum to enhance oil recovery for fractured carbonatite reservoirs.Syria Gbeibe oilfield is fracture reservoir located in Gbeibe anticline structure, which mail payzone is Chilou limestone formation of Oligocene。It belong to a massive carbonate oil reservoir with gas cap and bottom water, upper reservoir exhibits some laminated characters. At present, the oilfield is in the ending of primary oil recovery, with the characteristis of long development time, low capability of oil wells, short of producing energy, fast decline of production, high water-cut and fast ascending.In order to improve development effects and assure steady producing of oilfield, based on reservoir geological characteristics and reservoir dynamic study, the article has analysed reservoir development characters, put forward the main issues during the development and put forward potential aspects for next step. Meanwhile, the article has used reservoir engineering theory combined with numerical simulation to analyse development characteristics of exploitation and distrbition of remaining oil. The article has found the criterion and direction to adjust oilfield exploitation scheme and finally workout reseanable prodcing plan. In the end, The article has pilot study technological feasibility of waterflood development and gas injection for GBEIBE oilfield and take for water injection pilot test.
