In this dissertation, the pollution of NOx and the methods of controlling this pollution problem at home and abroad were introduced. The technology of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) was introduced particularly, including the service condition and reaction mechanism of this technology, and the emphasis of the researeh direction of these technosphere are expected.The catalyst of SCR DeNOx system as the key problem has been researched. Two different catalyst carriers TiO2 and Al2O3 were composite kneaded and prepared the carriers with high surface area, large pore volume and pore size. Then three types of catalysts, they are V2O5/TiO2-Al2O3, V2O5-WO3/TiO2-Al2O3 and V2O5-WO3-MoO3/TiO2-Al2O3, which prepared by ourselves, have also been researched in this dissertation.The physico-chemical characteristics of the catalysts including the V2O5/TiO2-Al2O3, V2O5-WO3/TiO2-Al2O3 and V2O5-WO3-MoO3/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst with heterogeneity scale were determined by N2 adsorption, SEM, XRD and Electron microscope, and the performance of the catalysts produced were investigated in a fix-bed integral reactor, with the characterization results the effect of the content change of the active constituent and accessory ingredient in the catalyst was analyzed, and we found that the best loading quantity of the V2O5 and MoO3 was 3% and 30%.The effect of the reaction temperature, space velocity, NH3/NO ratio, O2 concentration, NO initial concentration and the quantity of WO3 and MoO3 as the additives on NO conversion was explored. The effect of the space velocity, NH3/NO ratio, O2 concentration and NO initial concentration on NO conversion with three kinds of catalysts was similar, when the space velocity was minished or the NH3/NO ratio, O2 concentration and NO initial concentration increased, the NO'conversion would be enhanced. Compared with V2O5/TiO2-Al2O3 and V2O5-WO3/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst, the V2O5-WO3-MoO3/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst provided with more thermal stability and better performance of removing NO.
