In this work, the main research contents were focus on the crystal morphology of calcium salt in alcohaol/water system. The results were following:1. The formation of calcium carbonate calcite crystals in different alcohol/water system at room temperature were consideration. The result indicated that calcium carbonates showed general tendency to the calcite in the alcohol solution. The calcites revealed different crystal morphology.2. The morphological growth characterization of calcium carbonate in different alcohol solution with multi-additives were investigated at room temperature. It was found that the different morphology of calcium carbonate crystalswere synthesized in the alcohol/water solution with the presence of organism additives, such as polysaccharide (starch, dextrin), sucrose, amino acid. The veterite crystals could be synthesized in the glycol/water system with the presence of starch. The comparatively large concentration of sucrose can promoted the formation of large particals of calcium carbonate in the glycerol/water system. In the erythrite/water system with the presence of L-threonine and glycin, the different well mixed morphology of calcium carbonate could be found.3. The different morphologies of HA were obtained in the different alcohol solution. The crystal morphology of HA varied with the increasing of the concentration of alcohol.
